First off, I must rant:
So my mom and I are watching Inside Edition, of course with 'FULL' coverage of the Michael Jackson Memorial Service...and, of course I have something to say about it. No, I didnt like him, his music....nothing..and I understand that fans will be sad, and well, I'm sorry for your loss...but I hope you all are not gonna 'donate' to help with the security like Debra Norville said they were asking fans to do...seriously? Over 2 million dollars worth of security and they are wanting the FANS to donate??? Why not take part of his money to pay for this huge send off? I mean...really? If they couldnt afford it, they shouldnt have made it into such a big spectacle. Yeah, he's one of the most famous people of all time, and yeah, he made a big difference in music, and paved the way for many of the artists around today...but that doesnt mean that WE the public and his FANS have to PAY for HIS funeral, does it? I would think that he himself wouldnt want his fans to pay for his funeral...I mean, the fans helped him live the way he lived...but to pay for his FUNERAL? Come on now! That's a bit much, dont you think? It's irritating and I had to rant about it...if anyone flames on here, oh well. I really dont care.

In other news: the trip to meet Kyle's family was a HUGE success...they like me, they really like me! His mom is sooooooo sweet; and I love his sister. His dad too, though I didnt really get to talk to him much. And I didnt really have to say much about myself, because they all knew A LOT and were asking me about my brother in Afghanistan and my younger brother...it was awesome. He actually talked about me! We went fishing: I caught like 4 fish Oh oh! STORY TIME! So, I'm sitting on the little dock thing and I go to cast and the line ends up landing behind me on the dock. So, after I roll my eyes at Kyle while he's laughing at me, I just drop it in the water and start reeling it in...and guess what: I catch a fish! MWAAHAHAHAHAHAHA! FIRST CAST! WHOOT! I'm awesome! LOL. He told me he was impressed, Oh God I love that man...I really do.

And my bff has a boyfriend now too and she's SOOOOOO happy....and I'm soooo happy for her. I think we are gonna go on a double date this Saturday...I've never done that before Well...wait...I have...but that doesnt count.... It was more about the other couple, lol...and that was in high school. Anywho, I just had to share some thoughts.

And now for the reason behind the subject of my journal:
I had the stupid idea to wax my legs...I have officially decided that shaving is better than waxing. It's too time consuming, I cant do it right, and I just dont have the patience for it... So, waxing is out for me. I wonder if Sally Hansen would give me a refund?
